It is with great enthusiasm that we give Joe five stars and a glowing review. Joe was our realtor in the sale of our parents’ home. He had come highly recommended, and we are so grateful that we ultimately chose to work with him. He is a consummate professional, warm, honest, knowledgeable and hard  working. We expected the process to be stressful as it was an estate sale with many complicated elements, but Joe handled many of the pieces that didn’t necessitate our direct involvement, making the process extremely smooth. Additionally, we had multiple offers on the house after just two weeks! We chose to use a personal contact as our real estate attorney and she went out of her way to comment that Joe was one of best, most professional realtors she has worked with in 40 years of practice and that she plans to recommend him to her clients in the future. That is a true testament to who and how hard working he is. Joe is like family to us now, and he will be our go-to for any real estate related questions/transactions in the future.
