When we ran into a few hiccups with permitting, Joe was always available to help me navigate the local governmental bureaucracy. Even after the sale of our home, Joe has been very responsive. He recently put us in touch with the new owners and helped us to retrieve packages that were mistakenly sent to our old property. He is gregarious and funny, he is a hard worker and an excellent negotiator (the sale price of our home far exceeded our expectations), and you can tell off the bat that he means what he says.
